Such a philosophy gave birth to a label, a seal of quality :
Logis, the first independent hotel corporation in Europe.
Since 2005, in order to better assure the quality of their label, the Logis are systematically controlled by outside bodies, in the form of "mystery client" visits.
These checks are carried out every three years at the most.
A new comprehensive classifying grid including more than 260 criteria, focuses on many elements such as the comfort of the hotel, the quality of the table and service, but also the quality of the breakfast and of the environment.
The duty of the Quality follow-up service of the FIL is to collect and deal with the assessments of customers, complaints and compliments alike. (See end of the guide.)
The International Féderation of Logis is ISO 9001 certified.
This award ensures the skills and the thoroughness of the FIL for its allocation process and control of the label Logis.
